Onboarding confusion for new users

I wish onboarding had a 'sample workspace' so I could see what a real Atlas looks like.

Just invited 12 people to our workspace and they all asked me what to click first. The empty state is a wall.

New team member couldn't figure out how to create their first doc without my help.

Onboarding needs a checklist or a tour. I spent 20 minutes lost.

Why is there no 'start here' button? Every SaaS has one.

Took me three sessions to understand the difference between a Space and a Board. Docs didn't help.

Would pay for better onboarding. Got three new hires and they're all lost.
